Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your PenGenie Pro subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations for mid-month changes.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI generation costs, we generally do not offer refunds for consumed subscription periods. However, we offer a strict 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the first month of your subscription if you are entirely unsatisfied with the service and have generated fewer than 10,000 words.

To request a refund under these terms, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
